Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 15+ daily deployments
- Collaborate with Product on technical specifications
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through weekly 1:1s
- Own system reliability with 99.95% uptime SLAs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and AWS services
- Strong understanding of gRPC and REST APIs
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of shipping production code
