Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Own full lifecycle development from ideation to production deployment
- Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning sessions
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across engineering teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
