Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Node.js)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and database design (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Pytest/Jest) and TDD principles
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
