Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Python in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP)
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive system scalability initiatives handling 10K+ RPS
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of designing high-throughput APIs
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
