Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern architectural patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and bugs in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two core programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
