Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and improve user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user interactions.
- Conduct thorough testing and deployment of software releases in a CI/CD environment.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
