Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and high availability across cloud environments.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, testing, and agile development methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
