Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software applications using modern programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to define features and user stories.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
