Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that delight customers.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and refactoring sessions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python or Java, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
