Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle development of cloud-native applications using Java/Python/Node.js
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Optimize system performance and conduct rigorous security audits
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithm/data structure expertise
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
