Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance software architectures for our core equity options trading engine.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts to implement complex financial algorithms.
- Optimize system performance to ensure minimal latency during high-volume trading sessions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical debugging to ensure system stability.
- Design and implement secure data handling protocols for sensitive financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably within Fintech or high-frequency trading.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Java, or Python.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, multithreading, and system-level programming.
- Experience with SQL databases, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
