Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures for our equity options trading platform.
- Optimize algorithmic trading strategies for high-frequency execution.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to translate market models into production code.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and low-latency performance under heavy load.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to drive product roadmap delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with financial concepts, specifically equity options or derivatives pricing models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
