Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with deep knowledge of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
