Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading algorithms and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and agile planning sessions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, or equity options trading platforms is a major plus.
