Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement robust security protocols
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, load) and troubleshoot production issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technical roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Spring Boot
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong background in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
