Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and refactor code to improve performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality standards and mentor junior engineers.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the stability of our products.
- Mentorship: Guide the engineering team through best practices, architectural decisions, and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, and experience with React or Angular for frontend development.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or AWS DynamoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a distributed team environment.
