Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to the optimization of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of success.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
