Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java (experience with multiple languages is a plus).
- Strong understanding of React, Node.js, or AWS cloud services.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
