Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality and security standards are met.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, along with experience in React or Angular for front-end interfaces.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
