Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native services on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits
- Drive test automation with Jest and Cypress frameworks
- Collaborate with Product teams to define roadmap priorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficient with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and gRPC protocols
- Experience with cloud-native observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent technical certification
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system deployments
