Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience with payment processing or fintech systems
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
