Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
