Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design secure, scalable APIs with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive performance optimization across distributed systems
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with cloud platforms
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with distributed systems debugging
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
