Responsibilities
- Architect and develop distributed systems using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Automate deployment processes and maintain system reliability at 99.99% uptime
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits for cloud environments
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record designing high-throughput microservices architectures
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for clean, maintainable code
