Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime across AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using GitLab and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical whitepapers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade cloud applications
- Expertise in Go/Python and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Strong background in security best practices (OWASP, SAST/DAST)
