Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Java/Python
- Lead cloud infrastructure migrations to AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust testing frameworks ensuring >95% test coverage
- Optimize database queries and API performance for scalability
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blog content
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Proficiency with Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic fundamentals
