Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to the engineering team's codebase standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend environment.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and RESTful API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
