Job Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Apex Innovations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from architectural design to deployment. You will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Python and React.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural planning sessions to ensure code quality and security standards.
- Optimize application performance, reducing latency and improving user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Deploy and monitor applications in AWS, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of our engineering best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable architecture and system design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
