Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis caching
- Conduct CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proficient with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code practices
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and technical leadership
