Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to define features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and optimize performance and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
