Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex features for our core platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding and testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
