Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
