Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring rigorous code reviews.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the engineering culture and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept to deployment.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure system scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a product-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
