Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable software architectures and systems.
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to define product requirements and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
- Testing & Deployment: Ensure high code quality through rigorous unit testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Security: Implement best practices for data security and compliance within the software ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks (Spring Boot, React, Angular, or Node.js).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
