Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Optimize model performance for high-traffic healthcare APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development cycles
- Lead code reviews and architectural decision-making
- Document complex systems using Confluence and Swagger
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in Python and at least one compiled language (Java/Rust)
- Proven track record with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating ML model deployment projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
