Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research findings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in AI/ML
- Expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in MLOps and productionizing ML models
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-scale software
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
