Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using modern technologies (Go, Python, or Java).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive technical decision-making and contribute to the engineering roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-scale environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and message brokers.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
