Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver robust products.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues, optimize application performance, and resolve technical roadblocks efficiently.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technologies: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript (React/Vue), or Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
