Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and cloud-native technologies
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Optimize system performance via database tuning and caching strategies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with Agile methodologies
- Conduct security audits and implement defensive coding practices
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure deployment experience
- Proven track record with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
