Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead API development and integration with financial systems
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and architecture planning
- Optimize system performance and maintain 99.99% uptime
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-level Go/Java/Python development
- Expertise in distributed systems and AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Proven track record mentoring junior engineers
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong background in fintech or high-availability systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
