Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native applications using Go and Python

- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through pair programming and architecture sessions
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
