Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Lead full-stack development with React, Node.js, and Python for high-traffic applications
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain technical excellence
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Drive innovation through prototyping and POC development for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with cloud-native deployments
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proven track record of architecting scalable microservices and RESTful APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead technical discussions
