Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native applications for IoT sensor integration
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct rigorous testing including unit, integration, and load testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Deep understanding of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps practices

- Experience with maritime or logistics systems is highly desirable
