Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance cloud services using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and architectural planning for new product features
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or similar languages
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
