Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain code quality
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system architecture for scalability and security in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
