Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define feature roadmaps
- Resolve complex production issues and improve system reliability
- Drive best practices in testing, monitoring, and security

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven experience leading technical projects and teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
