- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent with 5+ years backend development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems design patterns
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB)
- Strong background in CI/CD, testing strategies, and DevOps practices
- Experience leading projects with 10+ engineers across multiple timezones
- Portfolio demonstrating contributions to high-traffic systems (>1M RPS)
