Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance and design API endpoints
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging cycles
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems
- Proficiency in Go, Python, and SQL
- Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio with open-source contributions preferred
