Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovation when applicable
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Proven track record of shipping production-level code at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Passion for clean code and automated testing (JUnit, Mockito)
