Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high-quality standards
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native development
- Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline)
